Our business has been operating since 2009. We were born from a desire to provide managers (and aspiring managers) with practical approaches that they can apply immediately to help their team members perform even better.
Our Director is Jackie Clifford.
With over 30 years’ experience in HR and Learning and Development, Jackie’s enthusiasm for what she does is evident every time you meet her – virtually or in person!
Jackie is the Director for Clarity Learning and Development. Since becoming a freelance L&D specialist in 2006 and founding her company in 2009 she has worked with organisations across the UK and internationally supporting hundreds of individuals to increase their effectiveness in their working lives.
Jackie focuses on working with current and aspiring leaders and managers – individuals who will be responsible for leading a team of any size – from 1 upwards! She works with groups in a training setting and with individuals to provide coaching and 1-1 training.
Jackie will work with leaders and managers at all levels to ensure that management practices are consistent across the organisation and focused on ensuring that business goals are achieved.
When you work with Jackie you will increase your confidence by identifying and developing your management skills. You will walk away with an enhanced toolkit of techniques that you will be able to apply immediately to your own working world.
If you work with her on a 1-1 basis YOU will be on the agenda – this means that you will have space and time to really reflect on situations that you are facing without the interruptions of other people’s “stuff” getting in the way. It’s truly amazing what can happen when you take a bit of time away from the usual noise of the working day!
